For Junior U.S. Army Officers

Your Next Mission Requires More Than a Résumé

Ready Group USA is a selective, founder-involved transition, development, and placement program for junior U.S. Army officers.

Potential and Translation

Junior Army officers often assume meaningful responsibility earlier than many civilian peers. They learn to lead experienced people, make decisions with incomplete information, and remain accountable for outcomes.

Those experiences may create distinctive leadership potential—but potential is not the same as civilian readiness.

Business requires a new language, a different culture, influence without rank, commercial judgment, and the ability to earn credibility through contribution and results. Transition does not require you to discard your military experience. It requires you to translate it.

Who We Seek

We are looking for a small number of officers who are curious, self-aware, adaptable, accountable, comfortable learning from specialists, and prepared to earn credibility again in a new environment.

Proven enough to lead. Humble enough to keep learning.

Serious and Selective

Ready Group USA is not a job board or open job posting. It is a boutique, founder-involved transition, development, and placement program.

The initial application and self-assessment require approximately 90–120 minutes. They are not timed, and you may save your progress and return later. Thoughtful, specific, and candid responses are expected.

During the initial phase, we expect to work with fewer than ten candidates each year. Eligibility does not guarantee admission, and admission does not guarantee an employer introduction, interview, placement, or employment.

The application is your first investment in yourself. If you are not prepared to complete it seriously, this is unlikely to be the right program for you.
